1 in 100 people live with a significant facial difference that makes it difficult to blink, smile, talk or eat. This can be caused by burns, trauma, cancer or conditions present from birth.
Your gift will buy research equipment and fund a postdoctoral researcher to speed up the development of 3D printing for facial reconstruction. For seven days only, you can turn your £10 gift into £20 or your £100 gift into £200.
You'll help people born without body parts or living with facial scarring by supporting a pioneering treatment where surgeons can implant 3D printed ear and nose tissue. This means people will have less scarring and less pain.
