What we promise to do
If you complain over the phone, we’ll try to resolve the issue then and there. If you complain by email or in writing, we’ll do everything we can to resolve it within 10 days. If this isn’t possible, we’ll explain why and provide a new deadline.
We’ll investigate your complaint as quickly as possible, keeping you informed of its progress. Thank you for this opportunity to help us improve.
Fundraising Regulator
If your complaint is about our fundraising and you are dissatisfied with the outcome of our investigation, you have the opportunity to refer your complaint to the Fundraising Regulator. They will independently investigate your complaint.
